Shipping Charges
We offer FREE shipping on prepaid orders of ₹799 and above within India.
For prepaid orders below ₹799, a shipping charge of ₹59 will apply.
Cash on Delivery (COD) may be available for eligible orders and serviceable PIN codes. A COD charge of ₹59 will apply to COD orders.
Order Processing
Orders are generally processed and dispatched within 1–2 business days after successful order confirmation.
Orders placed on Sundays, public holidays or during major sale periods may require additional processing time.
Estimated Delivery
After dispatch, orders generally reach customers within approximately 3–7 business days, depending on the delivery location, courier availability and serviceability of the PIN code.
Delivery timelines are estimates and may occasionally be affected by circumstances outside our control, including courier delays, weather conditions, public holidays or other operational disruptions.
Order Tracking
Once your order has been dispatched, tracking information will be shared through the contact details provided while placing the order, wherever supported by our shipping partner.
Incorrect Address or Contact Details
Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address, PIN code and contact number. Please contact us as soon as possible if you notice an error in your order details. Once an order has been dispatched, we may not be able to modify the delivery address.
Failed Delivery / Return to Origin
If an order cannot be delivered because of an incorrect address, repeated unsuccessful delivery attempts, refusal to accept the shipment or inability to contact the recipient, the shipment may be returned to us.
Any request to resend a returned shipment may be subject to additional shipping charges.
Damaged Package
If your package appears significantly damaged or tampered with at the time of delivery, we recommend documenting the condition of the package before opening it and contacting Zewar Love support promptly.
